Covid-19 Update

The coronavirus is impacting every person, every town, every nation and every business around the world.

I think it’s important to share some of the steps we’re taking at Rosemount to keep things running as normal as possible, so we can carry on advising our clients and generally being there for you when you need us.

As disruptive as this situation is, we have taken all the necessary measures to ensure it’ll be business as usual. The Rosemount team have been working from home since Tuesday 24th March using various technology to stay connected to each other and our clients. I would like to thank John Sawyer and his team at Trichromic for doing a great job in having us ready for that move when it was needed.

We’re being responsible by holding any client meetings using online tools; Zoom, Facetime or Skype, (or the phone), and generally practicing social distancing as much as we can.

Our phones and emails will still be answered during what will be an uncertain few weeks and maybe months ahead. We may return your calls from our mobiles and you can always call your adviser on their mobile phone should you wish to speak to them. It may take a little longer than usual to return calls, and if it does please bare with us.

As we are celebrating our 30th anniversary this year, it is important to remember that we have advised our clients and managed their finances through difficult times before. Whilst none of those were pandemic related, when it comes down to managing client finances there are lots of similarities. If you need help or you are worrying about anything then give us a call. Talking things through at times like this can clear one’s mind giving you clarity of thought.

Being a financial adviser can often mean that we are regularly adapting to assisting clients in periods of adversity. Coping with the unexpected, challenges our ability to adapt. Our main advice is to remain calm and think creatively when it comes to delivering our services to our clients.

Our thoughts go out to anyone who has been impacted by COVID-19.

Please do call me if you have any questions or worries…
Happy to talk and or elbow bump ?

Thanks,
Andy and the team at Rosemount
