We collect information about you when you engage us for financial planning, financial advice and/or investment management services. To fulfil our obligations in respect of prevention of money-laundering and other financial crime we may send your details to third party agencies for identity verification purposes.
In principle, your personal data shouldn’t be held for longer than is required under the terms of our contract for services with you. However, we’re subject to regulatory requirements to retain data for specified minimum periods. We also reserve the right to retain data for longer than this due to the possibility that it may be required to defend a future claim against us, our policy is to therefore retain data indefinitely.

You have the right of access to your personal information. If you wish to receive a copy of the personal information we hold on you, you may make a data subject access request (DSAR).

You can ask for your information to be deleted or removed if there is not a compelling reason for Rosemount to continue to have it.

You can object to Rosemount processing your personal information where: it’s based on our legitimate interests (including profiling); for direct marketing (including profiling); and if we were using it for scientific/historical research and statistics.

You have the right to ask Rosemount to give you information about its processing of your personal information or to carry out regular checks to make sure that any automated decision making and profiling processes that we may use are working as they should.
